De Kock Racing enjoyed a terrific 2025 Bloodstock SA National Yearling Sale last week, with 15 lots knocked down to, or assigned to Mike and Mathew de Kock by patrons, at the end of the auction on Friday afternoon. Several were bought with the assistance of Form Bloodstock’s Jehan Malherbe, the stable’s long-time bloodstock advisor.

Mathew thanked the hosts, new and existing patrons in a video published on social media. He said: “The venue was world-class, as usual, BSA are doing a great job. Thanks also to the vendors, who presented their yearlings in fine and professional style. We were blessed with a variety of options. We managed to come home with a good number of horses we really like, and we appreciate the support.

Mike added that he and Mathew were proud that four of the sale’s Top 5 stallions were trained by De Kock Racing – stallion makers!
